🎯 Role Summary

The LGA Business Development Officer will be responsible for onboarding, verifying, and managing real estate agents within their assigned Local Government Area. The role focuses on agent recruitment, relationship management, and revenue growth for BetaHomes.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit active real estate agents within the LGA
• Onboard agents onto the BetaHomes platform
• Educate agents on subscription plans and platform benefits
• Assist agents in uploading and verifying property listings
• Monitor agent activity and ensure subscription renewals
• Organize local awareness visits and outreach campaigns
• Submit weekly performance reports to the State Manager
• Drive revenue growth within the assigned territory

📌 Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE / OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Good knowledge of the local property market
• Ability to meet onboarding targets
• Basic smartphone and internet skills
• Self-motivated and result-oriented

💰 Compensation

• Attractive commission on every agent onboarded
• N75,000 - N150,000 Monthly Salary
